      From March 31 to April 19, performance group the Old Trout Puppet Workshop presents Famous Puppet Death Scenes at the York Theatre (639 Commercial).

      The popular show features a selection of well-known death scenes culled from a range of puppet shows throughout history, including Samuel Groanswallow's The Ballad of Edward Grue, Nordo Frot's The Feverish Heart, Sally's Why I Am so Sad, and Fun Freddy's Bipsy and Mumu Go to the Zoo.

      Long time since I walked out of live theatre. But this show is execrable. I don't like to slam the people who have obviously put a lot of effort into this, some of the puppets are great, but there is almost nothing else redeeming about this production.
