Can’t figure out how to use a mailbox? Vancouver has eight transit referendum ballot drop-off spots

      Attention transit-referendum voters:

In case you don't know what a Canada Post mailbox looks like (see above photo), the City of Vancouver has opened eight ballot drop-off and information locations.

From the City of Vancouver website:

The City of Vancouver is offering eight courtesy ballot drop-off and information locations from March 20 – April 10. At the end of each day, Canada Post will pick up ballots from each location.

The locations fill a gap in service offering by Elections BC, which opens its Plebiscite Offices in the region April 13.

Here's where the drop-off locations are, er, located (see the city site for hours):

If you haven't registered to vote or need to update your voter registration data, you can do so on the Elections B.C. website.

The deadline to vote is May 29.

Nice distribution of drop off sites CoV. Will there be city workers on hand to cull the "no" votes?

We can do our banking online, but the city needs to rely on the oldest form of communication to calculate votes? This is all don by hand?

Prime example of waste and missmanagement of funds, which is EXACTLY why I'm voting no to giving them more money.

If you can't figure out how to mail a pre-paid envelope you shouldn't be allowed to vote.
