The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Dish 'n Dazzle

The B.C. Hospitality Foundation and Wines of Argentina present Dish 'n Dazzle on May 7, 6:30-9:30 pm, at the Park View Terrace of the Vancouver Convention Centre East (999 Canada Place).

Highlights of this year's gala include over 80 premium Argentinian wines, alongside food prepared by Vancouver-area restaurants such as Aura at Nita Lake Lodge, Bistro 101 at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, Black + Blue, the Bon Vivant Group, Café Pacifica at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver, Chef Ann Kirsebom, CinCin, Forage, Homer St Cafe and Bar, Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House, La Grotta Del Formaggio, Panaderia Latina Bakery, and Pier 7 restaurant + bar.

There will also be live music by Les Is More and a signature-cocktail competition featuring Amber Bruce (Cuchillo), Sabrine Dhaliwal (West), Katie Ingram (UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar), Thor Paulson (The Diamond), Mike Shum (Fairmont Pacific Rim), and Phil Srigley (Four Seasons Vancouver).

Proceeds from the annual fundraiser support the B.C. Hospitality Foundation's initiatives in providing assistance to those in the hospitality industry facing a financial crisis due to a medical condition, as well as providing scholarship funds for the next generation of hospitality leaders.
