The Georgia Straight presents The Head and The Heart at the Commodore
Live Nation has announced that Seattle-based indie-folk band The Head and the Heart will play a show at the Commodore Ballroom on Monday, December 2, in support of its second album, Let's Be Still.
Not long ago, The Head and the Heart was busking on street corners, strumming acoustic guitars, stomping feet and singing in harmony as the group attempted to attract the attention of passersby.
The band quickly went on to sell out headlining shows and its 2011 album became one of Sub Pop's best-selling debut releases in years.
Tickets for the 19+ show are priced at $30 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (September 20) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.
Tickets are also available for purchase by phone at 1-855-985-5000 and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
