Toronto actor Tommy Taylor brings his award-winning piece to the Firehall Arts Centre (280 East Cordova). You Should Have Stayed Home runs from September 24 to October 5, with Tuesday to Friday performances starting at 8 p.m., Saturday performances at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m., and Sunday shows at 2 p.m.

You Should Have Stayed Home is Taylor’s deeply personal and absurdly humorous account of the G20 protests in 2010. Taylor went to observe what was going on and unwittingly becamse part of the largest mass arrest in Canadian history.

The play is written and performed by Tommy Taylor, and directed by Michael Wheeler.
