Langara: the cool summer T-shirt

Summer is the season for T-shirts. The one that I stumbled upon was found in an unexpected place.

The Langara bookstore is something that I tend to overlook (like so many other people). But on entering it, I was surprised at how practical and reasonably priced it is for a postsecondary bookstore.

I've always liked the German stationery brand Staedtler and have found the prices vary from store to store. At Langara, it's all affordable.

In a corner, all the bright colours of the rainbow were popping out at me. It turns out they were the cute and simple Langara college T-shirts.

Priced at $9.49 each, they're sold as a unisex product and available in a range of colours, including lime green, white, and grey. They're perfect for this time of the year if you don't mind the Langara logo—which I love. The font seems to be a play on the typewriter with the period at the end of Langara.

Sometimes, it's hip to be square and you really don't need a fancy T-shirt made by some Italian brand whose name you can't pronounce.
