On May 10, as part of its Dance Allsorts series, New Works presents street-dance collective Project Soul at CBC Studio 700 (700 Hamilton).

Project Soul will be presenting its latest full-length work The Power of Words in a day-long event that includes a performance (2 pm) and a free workshop with Kim Sato (3:15 pm).

The multidisciplinary performance (which introduces newest talent Rupert Common) will tackle important social issues through street dance and spoken word.

Tickets for The Power of Words are pay-what-you-can at the door ($15 is suggested for adults, $5 is suggested for kids under 12). Advance tickets are also available online.
