Video: Stephen Harper's parliamentary secretary dodges and weaves in response to questions about Mike Duffy

      It's called question period for a reason.

      That's because people on the government side of Parliament are not required to provide answers to inquiries from Opposition MPs.

      This was on display today when NDP MP Charlie Angus asked about Prime Minister Stephen Harper's office's role in manipulating an audit report on expense claims filed by suspended senator Mike Duffy.

      As you can see in the video above, the prime minister's parliamentary secretary, Paul Callandra, was in no mood to address the issue.

      Instead, Callandra decided to attack the questioner, Charlie Angus, rather than respond to what he was asking.
