Kanye West doesn't pen his own rhymes, ex-girlfriend Amber Rose claims

Amber Rose sounds like a real hoot. Proving that some people simply should not be allowed to drink, the hip-hop model made a scene recently at Hollywood's Supperclub LA by publicly dissing her former boyfriend Kanye West.

In a video uploaded to YouTube on May 2, an evidently inebriated Rose—apparently having forgotten the rule that only black people are allowed to use the N-word—is shown, after having cut off a song by West, grabbing the DJ's microphone, and saying, "Stop playing niggas I used to fuck."

She then suggests that the DJ instead play tracks by Travi$ Scott, whom she alleges "writes the songs for the other nigga".

Today, Rose took to Instagram and posted the following expression of sheepish regret, which stops well short of being an apology or retraction.

This is not the first time West has been called out for not writing his own lyrics, with rappers Consequence and Rhymefest having come forward in the past to claim credit for penning some of the MC, producer, and self-proclaimed godlike genius's songs.

As for Rose, her timing is...interesting, to say the least. The model-turned-author (who is currently married to rapper Wiz Khalifa but filed for divorce last September) recently announced that she has a tell-all memoir, How to Be a Bad Bitch, coming out this October.
