From May 21 to 30, Upintheair Theatre presents the third annual rEvolver Theatre Festival at the Cultch (1895 Venables).

The festival, which showcases new works from emerging theatre artists, features an eclectic mix of up-and-coming solo artists, collectives, and theatre companies from Toronto, Vancouver, and Victoria.

The main-stage program features The Art of Building a Bunker, Balls, Caws & Effect, Double Recessive, Hell of a Girl, Mr. Snortoose and the Machine-Children's Machine, The Peaceful Sea, and The Progressive Polygamists.

The founder's-lounge program features Cocktails With Maria, Half Girl/Half Face, storyteling by Riel Hahn, a workshop and translation series (Nous Voir Nous, The Crow), The Stranger, and a reading series (Born In a Country That No Longer Exits, Cave, Modern Love, and Rip Van Winkle).
