Dave Grohl breaks his leg and keeps performing in Sweden

What is it with these guys who sing for a living?

Last month, Enrique Iglesias sliced his fingers on a drone and kept on performing for a half hour.

But that was nothing compared to Dave Grohl's act of manly courage in Gothenburg, Sweden.

He fell of the stage during "Monkey Wrench", the second song of today's Foo Fighters show.

Then he told the crowd that he thought he had broken his leg.

Indeed, he had. He was patched up backstage and with the grit of former Toronto Maple Leaf Bobby Baun, he resumed performing.

Grohl actually finished the show while sitting in a chair.
