3:01 Pick Me Up: Trollech

    1 of 2 2 of 2

Let’s face it: 3 p.m. is the cruellest time of the workday. The morning latte has worn off, and the post-lunch crash has you staggering around like an extra from a George A. Romero flick. That’s why, each weekday at 3:01 p.m., we present you with a video hand-picked to kick-start your heart.

Today’s offering: Assuming the locals aren’t big fans of Deliverance, there’s normally nothing more enjoyable than a long walk in the woods. The fresh air, the disconnecting from the digital world, and the sound of birds chirping in the trees.

That said, should you ever find yourself in the Czech Republic, stay the fuck away from the woods. Instead of the odd squirrel you’re more likely to run into Trollech, a band which evidently doesn’t seem able to understand that you don’t plug in an electric guitar while standing in the middle of a creek.

And that tree-hugging is normally meant as a show of solidarity with Mother Earth, instead of something that looks like a b-grade horror-film excerpt.

And that you’re supposed to rake up leaves, not lie in them.

And....well let’s just stop things here with a final warning: “If you go into the woods tonight, you’re possibly in for a big surprise.” Namely Trollech.
