Temporary closure of Ironworkers Memorial Second Narrows Bridge set for Tuesday morning

The Burrard Inlet crossing with a mouthful of a name will be closed to drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians for around four hours early Tuesday morning (July 28).

From about 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., workers will be installing new overhead signs on Highway 1.

"Vehicles under 13,000 kg Gross Vehicle Weight may use the Lions Gate Bridge crossing. Please plan your travel in advance, obey signs and watch for traffic control personnel," a Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure news release states.
