      City's multimillion shortfall  Vancouver city staff has reported that "preliminary expense pressures" indicate a financial shortfall of $13 million to $15 million in 2014. The city will hold consultations with the public before council votes on the budget in December.

      Good thing Gregor is spending 6 million to increase the property values of his friends water front mansions while simultaneously building himself a private bike lane to his newly bought Westside abode. Give it away, give it away, give it away now.

      A big hole in the budget thanks to Mayor Moonbeam and his bike lanes and we'll all be paying for it. Vision couldn't run one of their precious food trucks, let alone a city.
