Canada's HitchBOT meets its end in Philadelphia
Sad news, robot fans: Canada's hitchBOT has been destroyed.
The lovable hitchhiking robot, which managed to travel through Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands unscathed, met with its untimely end in Philadephia over the weekend, just two weeks into a journey across the United States.

In a statement, HitchBOT's family said, "We have no interest in pressing charges or finding the people who vandalized hitchBOT; we wish to remember the good times, and we encourage hitchBOT’s friends and fans to do the same."
In 2014, HitchBOT travelled across Canada in just 26 days, relying on rides from strangers.

I blame Meek Mill. Knows he is losing and decided to take it out on a defenceless robot.
