Meinhardt gets ready to welcome the public to its new downtown location

      Tonight, Meinhardt Fine Foods is holding a media preview for its new grocery and deli in Pacific Centre.

      Tomorrow, the public will have its chance to visit the store. (The only other Meinhardt location is at 3002 Granville Street.)

      Meinhardt's opening coincides with one of the biggest retailing stories of the year in Vancouver: the arrival of Nordstrom.

      The Seattle-based style icon will welcome its first customers on Friday (September 18) into its Pacific Centre premises. It's in the old Sears and Eaton's floorspace.
