Live Nation has announced that Scottish alt-rock group Biffy Clyro will perform at the Commodore Ballroom on Saturday, February 8, 2014, is support of its sixth studio album, Opposites.

Childhood friends Simon Neil (vocals/guitar) and twins James (bass/vocals) and Ben Johnston (drums/vocals) started playing music together in Kilmarnock, a town just outside of Glasgow, in 1995.

Inspired by experimental and post-hardcore acts like Braid and Karate, the group quickly honed its signature sound of off-kilter tempos, soulful choruses and feral screams.

Tickets for the 19+ show are priced at $25 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (December 6) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.

Tickets are also available for purchase by phone at 1-855-985-5000 and at all Ticketmaster Outlets.
