Live Nation has announced that Canadian rock group Mounties will play a show at the Commodore Ballroom--with guest Rich Aucoin--on Friday, March 21, 2014, as part of the Straight Series.

The members of Mounties (Hawksley Workman, Ryan Dahle, and Steve Bays) first met in 2009 and participated in an improvised two-week recording session three years later.

Known for their collective work in Limblifter, Age of Electric, Hot Hot Heat, and Fur Trade--along with their celebrated solo identities--the Mounties had their first hit in early 2013 with “Headphones.”

The band's debut album, Thrash Rock Legacy, will be released on March 4.
