Homeless in Vancouver: A dim view of Fairview's Christmas lights

      Apartment renters can’t begin to compete with homeowners when it comes to Christmas displays.

      So as far as Christmas lights go in the Fairview neighbourhood, I have to say rush hour on West Broadway is as good as it gets.

      But I do agree with the drivers, they could do with more green lights.
