Okay, I totally get why the makers of the 1963 bicycle-safety film "One Got Fat" put the children in monkey masks. If they hadn't, it would essentially be a film showing the deaths of a bunch of kids. Which is still is, only you can't see their faces. Unfortunately, the masks are creepy as fuck, as the person who put together this fan-made Boards of Canada video evidently noticed.
