On November 17, the 50 Years. 50 Chefs. gala comes to the Rocky Mountaineer Station (1755 Cottrell).

The fundraising gala brings together over 50 chefs and bakers like David Gunawan (Royal Dinette), Quang Dang (West), David Hawksworth (Hawksworth), Clement Chan (Torafuku), and Ned Bell (Four Season).

Guests will have the opportunity to sample the chefs' creations at 15 culinary-action stations, as well as wines from 18 boutique wineries representing the Naramata Bench Wineries Association.

Entertainment includes a five-piece band composed of Vancouver Community College alumni and instructors, a 1960s-inspired fashion show, and picture opportunities with a 1965 Daytona.

Proceeds from this fundraiser provide scholarships, bursaries, and training materials for Vancouver Community College students.

Tickets for 50 Years. 50 Chefs. are $300 and are available online in advance.
