The Bachelor Canada has been renewed for a second season, and producers are hoping to select 25 eligible bachelorettes during a six-city casting tour across Canada.

The tour kicks off in Vancouver on Saturday (January 25) between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. at the Opus Hotel (322 Davie Street), and will continue onto Calgary on January 28, Winnipeg on January 30, Toronto on February 1, Montreal on February 2, and Halifax on February 3.

To apply for the show, which airs on CityTV this fall, applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents over 19 years of age. Bachelorettes must also not be in a committed relation, not a candidate for any type of political office, and have never been convicted of a criminal offense.

Last season, Mississauga nurse Bianka Kamber won the heart of CFL wide receiver Brad Smith. Four women from B.C. competed on the first season. Canadians have also been well-represented on the long-running U.S. version: in 2011, Port Coquitlam’s Amber B. competed for Ben Flajnik’s attention.

Those who attend the live casting are encouraged to “dress to impress” and fill out an application form before arriving. Questions asked range from “What are your most important goals in life?” to “What are your guilty pleasures?” and “Why do you want to find love on the Bachelor Canada?”

If you cannot make it to a live audition, there is the option to apply online
