Glee's Harry Shum Jr. expresses the pain of being shy

      Harry Shum Jr., who portrays Mike Chang on the TV series Glee, knows all about what it's like to be shy.

      He expresses his experience of growing up shy in artful way through physical movement, which he choreographed to a voiceover.

      His message? You're not alone, and there is a way out.
