Rapper Tre Nyce jumps into the Madchild/Snak the Ripper beef

The feud between local rappers Madchild and Snak the Ripper continues, with more third parties adding their voices to the fray. (If you don't know how the whole thing started, read Mike Usinger's most recent blog post about it.)

The latest salvo comes courtesy of Tre Nyce. The Vancouver-based MC has a long history with Madchild, having appeared on eight of the 18 tracks on Swollen Members' 2009 album Armed to the Teeth, including the single "Pornstar".

If that would lead you to think he's taking Madchild's side in the current dispute, well, consider that his entry in the beef file is titled "#SADCHILD". The diss track repurposes a bunch of old Swollen Members beats; lyrics-wise, Tre Nyce makes a whole lot of allegations that we can't repeat here because we like being able to continue existing. You can hear it all for yourself in the video below. Suffice to say, Nyce gets nasty. And in case it's not self-evident, the Straight's embedding of the following video does not endorse the opinions expressed therein. Whew!
