Stateside concert alert: tix go on sale for Grace Potter, Steve Hackett, Maroon 5

Tickets go on sale for 13 Vancouver concerts tomorrow morning at 10 am, but local music fans who don't mind driving a bit should be aware of some Seattle gigs going on the market too.

Grace Potter is one helluva singer, but as far as I know she has no plans to head our way. She is booked to play the Showbox at the Market on February 13, though, with tix on sale tomorrow.

Former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett wowed the crowd at the Vogue Theatre last year, but his current itinerary does not include a stop in Van this time around. He is, however, playing the Neptune on March 28, with tix also on sale tomorrow.

Maroon 5 are a popular American band, but I don't see any current bookings for them at either of our local hockey rinks, so if you need your Adam Levine fix you can get it at the Key Arena on October 11. Tix for that one go on sale this Saturday.
