Naughty Is the New Nice this holiday season at Fairmont Pacific Rim

Until January 1, the Fairmont Pacific Rim is helping guests beat holiday stress with a range of festive feasts and fêtes.

Upscale eatery ORU Cuisine is offering a holiday pre-fixe lunch options (on until December 24), as well as buffet and brunch menus on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

At the Curator's Table, executive chef Nathan Brown and wine director Jill Spoor will collaborate with guests to create a seven-course meal with wine pairings.
