Homeless in Vancouver: I'd like to report a hit and rain

      At 9:19 p.m the intersection of West Broadway and Granville Street was still sheeted with excess water from a fast-moving rain squall heading due east at a clip.

      It’s 9:41 p.m now, so I would expect that the nozzle of that great big power washer is already passing over the residents of the next municipality over, namely Burnaby.
