Homeless in Vancouver: Testing the emergency rainbow system

      It’s after 9 p.m. now. Night and the rain have fallen in step with each other.

      What was seriously out of step today was the rainbow we had at 5:30 p.m. out of a dry sky. Not a drop of rain all day—bit of  a surprise.

      And what’s more, it was very nearly a double rainbow—you can see the faint second bow in the top left of the image.

      I didn’t see it myself until I was cropping the photo for the post.

      I love Vancouver but I swear I’m a bit starved for exciting meteorological phenomenon, obviously.
