The Georgia Straight presents the Airborne Toxic Event at the Commodore

Live Nation has announced American indie-rock group the Airborne Toxic Event will play a show at the Commodore Ballroom on Friday, October 24.

The LA Times describes the Airborne Toxic Event's music as "poetry you can dance to...nothing short of amazing." Meanwhile, the hardworking Los Angeles-based group describes itself as a traveling group of friends playing oddly redemptive music. 

Tickets for the 19+ show are priced at $27.50 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale Friday, May 16, at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.

Tickets are also available for purchase by phone at 1-855-985-5000 and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
