      I'm guessing the owner of this car exerted a lot of time and/or money to achieve this effect.

      Lowriding began in the 1950s when young people would put sandbags in the trunk to push down the car's rear end.

      Nowadays, more modern methods are available, thanks to the use of hydraulics.

      Summer is the season for lowriding, so maybe we'll see more vehicles like this in Vancouver over the coming months.
