Photos: Oak + Fort opens new retail showroom in Mount Pleasant

Vancouver fashion brand Oak + Fort has unveiled a new showroom in its Mount Pleasant office (#100–3 East 6th Avenue).

The space showcases the label’s latest offerings—at the moment, its new spring/summer 2016 line for men and women—and will be open to the public from Monday to Friday.

Customers will be able to browse merchandise and place or pick up online orders from the showroom. The minimalist space features concrete floors, wall-to-wall windows, and light wood accents that are in line with Oak + Fort’s pared-down basics.

At a recent visit during the store’s Neighbourhood Welcome launch, we caught ourselves eyeing the brand’s new in-house accessories line, which includes a range of leather totes, shoulder bags, and coin purses.

The totes are currently available in-store and the remaining items will launch in-store and online later this month.
