      Listen for a beaver tail slap or catch a glimpse of a beaver in the twilight at the Lost Lagoon Nature House.

      Costume designer Eduardo Castro (Once Upon a Time, Ugly Betty, Bride and Prejudice) presents costumes from his creative collection. Held at Hycroft Manor.

      Kid-friendly live-stage experience Great Big Show Live! features 25 characters, costumes, and original interactive songs at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

      Highlights of Storm The Wall Community & Kids Festival include local performing artists, kids' activities and crafts, and a  relay race. Held at outside the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre.

      LITERARY EVENTS

      Writer and former CBC host Bill Richardson discusses and read from recent work The First Little Bastard to Call Me Gramps: Poems of the Late Middle Ages. Held at the Roedde House Museum.

       

      MUSIC

      Soprano Elspeth McVeigh, fiddler Mark Sullivan, and guitarist Craig McGregor perform Irish love songs, reels, and jigs at Hycroft Mansion.

      The Sunday Coffee Concerts series showcases an exciting lineup of professional musicians from across Metro Vancouver. Held at the Terry Fox Theatre.

      Vocal and instrumental ensemble the Postmodern Camerata performs works by Handel, Ligeti, Pärt, and Bach at the Dunbar Heights United Church.

      The Vancouver Recital Society presents the Brown, Urioste, Canellakis Trio in a concert of music by Haydn, Chausson, and Mendelssohn. Held at the Vancouver Playhouse.
