      The Debaters All-Star Stand-Up Comedy Night

      When and where: April 11 at Presentation House Theatre at 7:30 p.m.
      What to expect: Four of the stars from CBC’s Radio show The Debaters will entertain you, in an evening of stand-up comedy hosted by The Debaters creator Richard Side. Join comedians Graham Clark, Ivan Decker, Charlie Demers and Erica Sigurdson for an evening of humour and insight, to raise funds for our theatre. Ticket price includes pre-show reception and after show party!

      Monday Night Comedy

      When and where: April 11 at Yagger's Restaurant & Sports Bar at 8:30 p.m.
      What to expect: Looking for a fun night out on a Monday night in Kitsilano? Then come on down to Yagger's Kitsilano for another great night of stand- up comedy featuring some of the best comedians currently working on the Vancouver Comedy Scene. Our headliner is the hilarious Kevin Banner!

      When and where: April 12-16 at the Comedy MIX Tuesday-Thursday at 8:30 p.m., Friday & Saturday 8:00 and 10:30 p.m. shows.
      What to expect: Plant yourself in a plush booth, graze on some pub grub, sip a beer or two, and laugh along with some new and hot stand-up comedy. Oh, by the way, nobody else is responsible if you laugh so hard beer comes out of your nose. Just warning you. Jerry Rocha headlines on April 14-16.

      What to expect: For over 15 years, CAGEMATCH has been pitting the best and the brightest performers from around Vancouver in the ultimate improv showdown. Each week, three teams will have 20 minutes, no more, no less, to wow you with their stellar performances, their hilarious jokes, and their wonderful stories, all based on your suggestions. Then, you the audience will vote for your favourite and determine who returns the following show as reigning CAGEMATCH CHAMPION! It's an hour of amazing improv that you can't miss!

      When and where: April 16 at Havana Theatre at 10:30 p.m.
      What to expect: A politically incorrect comedy is part game-show that is written and directed by Randie Parliament. This show is the final production for Ghost Light Projects. The semi-autobiographical journey is filled with tales of lost loves, lost friends, and lost jobs. Come laugh at live theatre at the Havana Theatre (1212 Commercial Drive).
