Homeless in Vancouver: Cheese it, the cops!

As the trailer truck full of black and white cruisers waited on West Broadway Avenue this morning, I heard someone else watching it exclaim: “I saw that last week. They were shooting a movie!”

Of course they were.

Anything a person sees in Vancouver, including a truck full of Portland, Oregon, police vehicles, can always be explained in either one of two ways: the drugs you are taking or—if you’re between taking drugs—on the movies.
