Vancouver native Lachlan Patterson still on his feet for Last Comic Standing finale

Vancouver native Lachlan Patterson is one of the final three in the Last Comic Standing.

And the chances look good for the now L.A.-based standup comedian who's appeared here at the Comedy MIX to win the August 14 season finale on NBC.

He's brought the laughs for the all-star lineup of comedy judges: Roseanne Barr, Keenen Ivory Wayans and Canadian comedy star Russell Peters. Wayans appears to be a fan of Patterson, after admitting that he had reservations at first because he thought the lanky comic looked like a "store mannequin".

Patterson has made the cut in a show that started with 100 comedians in the running. Riffs like the one posted here, his wandering take on the internet and where spelling mistakes can take you (from the early goings of Last Comic Standing), put him in good stead to take home the $250,000 prize.
