The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors the Women's Motorcycle Exhibit

On September 5-7, Trev Deeley Motorcycles (1875 Boundary) is hosting the Women's Motorcycle Exhibit, a collection of photographs of female motorcyclists taken by Portland-based photographer Lanakila MacNaughton.

MacNaughton describes her work as a way to "change the way women are perceived not only in the motorcycle world, but in society in general”.

The exhibit is free and open during store hours (September 5, 5-8 pm; September 6, 8:30 am-5 pm; September 7, 10 am-4:30 pm).

Also marking the occasion is an artist meet-and-greet session, an open house, a lady-led motorcycle ride to Deep Cove, and photo shoots with MacNaughton.
