The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Cords Comedy

Every Wednesday in August, Cords Comedy comes to the Corduroy Restaurant (1943 Cornwall).

Hosted by Vancouver comedian Chris Griffin, the series boasts local and international comedy talent, with an open-door policy for headliners and famous entertainers to stop in unannounced and work their magic.

This month, comedy fans can take in performances by Dino Archie (August 10), Ivan Decker (August 17), John Beuhler (August 24), and Damonde Tschritter (August 31).

Shows take place each Wednesday in August, 9:30 pm. Tickets are $5.
