Trailer for Don't Breathe is really fucked up

Based on the unreasonably good job he did with the Evil Dead remake, there are at least two people here at the Straight—here's the other one—who have high hopes for the new flick from Uruguayan filmmaker Fede Alvarez. With this new Red Band trailer for Don't Breathe making the rounds, our excitement level is going balls deep. 

The premise is a reverse Wait Until Dark. A bunch of dumbass kids decide to rob a blind guy living alone in an old house. They didn't reckon on the fact that he's a military vet, and you know what those guys are like. Even scarier—it's set in Detroit.

Don't Breathe hits theatres on August 26.
