Catch the Tragically Hip's farewell show at the Vancouver Playhouse on Saturday

If you missed the Tragically Hip's last Vancouver concerts last month—or even if you didn't—you'll get another chance to say goodbye to the beloved Canadian rock icons this weekend. 

On Saturday (August 20) at 5:30 p.m., the Vancouver Playhouse (600 Hamilton Street) will host a screening of The Tragically Hip: A National Celebration, broadcast live from the band's farewell concert in its hometown of Kingston, Ontario.

Free tickets will be available at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre box office on a first come, first served basis starting tomorrow at noon. There are 600 tickets available, and they will be limited to two per person. Attendees must be 19 years of age or older.
