Undivided Colours: Performance/Symposium takes place at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre (181 Roundhouse Mews) and Scotiabank Dance Centre (677 Davie Street) from November 7 to 9.

Undivided Colours features a collection of dance performances by Canadian and Southeast Asian dance artists Peter Chin, Pichet Klunchun, William Lau, Didik Nini Thowok, and Alvin Erasga Tolentino. Organized by Co.ERASGA, these artists will share their talents in dialogue about their respective dance practices.

In addition to the performances, Undivided Colours also includes a symposium. On November 7 from 2 to 8 p.m., guest speakers from Vancouver’s artistic community will lead a discussion on art and gender.

The following day from 1 to 3:30 p.m., observer and facilitator Andreas Kahre will conduct an open forum for general discussion also on the topic of art and gender. This panel will provide time for refraction and forward thinking.

On November 9 from 5 to 7 p.m., a dialogue on diversity, duality, body, and dance will include Pichet Klunchun, Didik Nini Thowork, Peter Chin, Pangaea Arts/William Lau, and Alvin Erasga Tolentino.

Tickets to performances are $25 for adults and $18 for students and seniors, and can be purchased online in advance. Tickets to the symposiums are free, but reservation online in required.
