Karen Flamenco presents West Side Story at the Vancouver Playhouse on November 28 and 29. Performances start at 7 p.m.

In this interpretation of the well-known music and movie, flamenco and tap become the feuding gangs—the tap dancing “Jets” and flamenco dancing “Sharks”. Audiences will experience a high-energy show with snapping fingers, tapping shoes, and twirling flamenco skirts.

Karen Flamenco’s Karen Pitkethly and tap dancer Troy McLaughlin star as Maria and Tony, respectively.

Tickets to West Side Story are $36 to $42.50 and can be purchased online in advance.
