      Each profile is of an eligible catchelor or catchelorette from VOKRA, the non-profit Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association dedicated to the rescue of cats in the Lower Mainland.

      Names: Benjy and Button

      Purrfession: Button is a tailor and Benjy believes himself to be the feline reincarnation of the canine movie star Benji

      Button likes to use his tailoring skills to mend Benjy's coat.

      We're seeking: an owner (and a talent agent)

      Physical description: We're fluffy grey puffballs who are aging in reverse. Button is, well, cute as a button, and Benjy is always camera-ready.

      Ethnicity: Benjaminese

      Want kids? Ask us when we're adults. Then again, by that time, we may look like kittens again...

      Button is as cute as his name.

      Smoke: Benjy wouldn't want to ruin his movie-star good looks

      Drink: Yes.

      Faith: Button believes that everything can be buttoned up while Benjy still believes he'll make it big one day

      Our purrsonalities: Button is so laidback sometimes he falls asleep while Benjy is playful (almost as if he were a puppy in a kitten's body)

      Sometimes Button gets so laidback that he falls asleep.

      Our conversational interests: how to be a movie star, whether a zipper or buttons are better (the answer should be obvious)

      Our hobbies: pushing your buttons (around the floor), rehearsing scenes

      Our likes: button collections, glamorous headshots, being read stories about curious cases

      Our dislikes: running out of thread (to chase), box office bombs

      Benjy falls asleep too. Not because he's so laidback. But just because he's tired.
