      What to expect: From the people that brought you Mermaid Club Comedy at the Railway Club, comes Chug-A-Lug Comedy at Yagger's on Pender: a stand-up comedy show happening the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at the downtown Yagger's.

      The Comedy Mix

      When and where: September 20 to 24 at the Comedy MIX. Tuesday-Thursday at 8:30 p.m., Friday & Saturday 8 and 10:30 p.m. shows.
      What to expect: Plant yourself in a plush booth, graze on some pub grub, sip a beer or two, and laugh along with some new and hot stand-up comedy. Oh, by the way, nobody else is responsible if you laugh so hard beer comes out of your nose. Just warning you.       What to expect: Comedy Fundraiser with Mike MacDonald. Proceeds going to the DTES/First United Church. You won't want to miss this one. This is the first show ever for Heavy Mental Comedy and it's going to ge a good one.
