Homeless in Vancouver: It’s winter in the city and it feels like it

Right now, the Weather Network lists the temperature in Vancouver, B.C., as 4°C but adds that it “feels like 2". This evening it will drop to -4°C but feel like -10°C. Overnight it should feel like it’s warmed up to -7°C even though the real temperature is expected to only tick up a degree to -3°C.

If anyone’s interested, in about an hour I forecast that I will still be lukewarm on the whole idea of winter but will feel like getting a nice hot cup of coffee.
