Homeless in Vancouver: A painting with hidden charms

    1 of 1 2 of 1

      Without a doubt there’s a critter, or critters, hiding in the brushstrokes of this painting I found beside a Fairview Dumpster yesterday.

      If I had to venture a guess I’d say a rabbit, an eagle, and a duck.

      You can clearly see a red-rimmed eye on the viewer’s left and by the way it’s glowering, I don’t think it’s happy about being thrown away.

      I really like this. Sad that it was thrown out as it is a very interesting piece of art that truly evokes imagination. What did you do with it Stanley?

      @willissa

      I only take photographs, I never take the paintings.

      It would be nice to be able to gather them for some sort of free exhibit so they could find new homes but It's not currently feasible.
