The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors Paul Anthony's Talent Time

On November 3, JFL Northwest presents Paul Anthony's Talent Time at the Rio Theatre (1660 East Broadway).

The local community-access TV program is staging a telethon featuring a big band orchestra, cheerleading children, Vegas-style dance numbers, and standup comedy by Fatima Dhowre.

Talent Time alumni will also be playing a round of Tabloid Teasers, the 1991 board game in which players must complete headlines taken from actual tabloids.

A new Dear Diary video segment will see Aaron Reed reporting on suburban events and scrapbooking his findings.

On November 3, doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show will start at 8 p.m.
