A camera set up inside a car shows a TransAsia plane clipping a bridge in Taipei.

Debris from the airplane struck a cab, causing it to crash.

Reuters has reported that at least 25 people died and 18 are missing after the the plane ended up in the Keelung River in the Taiwanese capital.

BBC has reported that at least 15 people have been pulled out of the plane alive.
