The Georgia Straight proudly sponsors the Vancouver Turkish Film Festival

From November 25 to 27, the Vancouver Turkish Film Festival comes to the Vancity Theatre (1181 Seymour).

Supported by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and Culture, the event aims to showcase the best of contemporary Turkish cinema in Vancouver.

This year, festivalgoers can check out films like The Turkish Way, Cold of Kalandar, Blue Bicycle, Ember, Kedi, Album, and Bad Cat.
