Stranger Things' Finn Wolfhard stars in PUP's "Sleep in the Heat" video

Vancouver filmmaker Jeremy Schaulin-Rioux has worked with Toronto band PUP before. In fact, Schaulin-Rioux has made all of the band's videos to date (sometimes in collaboration with codirector Chandler Levack), including 2014's "Guilt Trip". That video featured a quartet of young actors playing more youthful versions of the band's members. Among them was Vancouverite Finn Wolfhard, who took the role of singer Stefan Babcock.

Of course, if you're a Stranger Things fan, you know Wolfhard better as Mike Wheeler. Wolfhard also stars as Babcock in PUP's new video, "Sleep in the Heat". Like the song itself—which was inspired by the death of Babcock's chameleon, Norman—the video is a tear-jerker about a pet. You have been warned.

And, for good measure, here's "Guilt Trip", which includes a cameo by Grant Lawrence.

PUP plays the Cobalt on Monday (November 21), and Season 2 of Stranger Things comes to Netflix in 2017.
