From February 16 to March 13, the Chutzpah Festival comes to various Vancouver venues.

The 17th annual event is set to showcase dance, theatre, comedy, music, and signature events by local, national, and international performing artists.

This year, the Chutzpah Festival's dance program features sought-after contemporary choreographers in challenging and innovative dance productions.

Italy's Spellbound Contemporary Ballet will take the stage with its full-length Carmina Burana, while Israel's Yossi Berg and Oded Graf Dance Theatre performs 4Men, Alice, Bach, and the Deer.

The U.S.'s Kyle Abraham/Abraham.In.Motion brings a mixed repertoire in its Western Canadian premiere and Canada's Shay Kuebler/Radical System Art performs the world premiere of Telemetry.

Canada's Tara Cheyenne Friedenberg and Italy's Silvia Gribaudi present a world premiere, while Rebecca Margolick and Maxx Berkowitz's birds sing a pretty song. fuses dance, live music, and interactive media.
